- Expanding product offerings from precision rice farming technology to field crop solutions.
- New products: ‘Insecticide Sprayer’, ‘Seed Fertilizer Sprayer’, and ‘Herbicide Sprayer’
- The launch of the ‘Hosan 4-type compound fertilizer’ also drew great interest from visitors.

Hosan Vision (CEO Park Beom-ho), which participated in the ‘2025 Iksan Agricultural Machinery Expo (November 4-7),’ showcased advanced data farming technologies necessary for farmers, ranging from total attachments for rice transplanters to fertilizer/spreaders for tractors and four types of fertilizer.
Hosan Vision entered the agricultural machinery industry in 2003 by introducing the first side-fertilizer for all domestic rice transplanters. The Hosan side-fertilizer has evolved to its seventh generation and is recognized as an essential tool for rice transplanting, holding the leading market share in side-fertilizers.
At this exhibition, new products were introduced, including an insecticide sprayer that precisely and evenly sprays insecticides on seedbeds at the same time as transplanting rice, a seeding fertilizer sprayer for field crops that incorporates Korea’s leading fertilizer technology, and a herbicide sprayer that can spray at a 180-degree angle using a double fan.

“Our vision is data-driven precision agriculture. We’re transforming farming from empirical to measurable, data-driven agriculture.”
Park Beom-ho, CEO of Hosan Vision, added that agriculture is not an underdeveloped sector, but rather an innovative industry based on advanced technology and diverse field data.
These new products were also developed to achieve more precise, efficient, and sustainable growth in Korean agriculture.
The “insecticide and sterilization sprayer” used in rice transplanting seedbeds is a significant first for Korea. It can spray 50-300g per seedling box, and its ventilation system eliminates concerns about moisture and water. Its large 25L (22kg) hopper is convenient to use, and a sensor for monitoring remaining pesticide levels allows for easy monitoring. It ensures early, uniform pesticide application and reduces labor costs by 40% compared to conventional methods.

Pursuing customer satisfaction through technology that uses ‘less’ and ‘more’
Hosan Vision’s pursuit of customer satisfaction lies in providing technologies that allow farmers to use less and reap more. We have analyzed data on past fertilizer applications and pesticide spraying practices and researched optimal fertilizer and spraying techniques best suited to Korean soil.
This effort resulted in the debut of a tractor-mounted “seed fertilizer” and “herbicide sprayer” at this year’s expo. This marked a significant step forward in expanding our business beyond precision rice farming technology to include field crop solutions.
The “Sowing Fertilizer” utilizes Hosan Vision’s sophisticated 7th-generation fertilization technology and uses a 2-meter hose for application via a ventilation system. Rotary and seeding modes are available, and a fertilizer clogging sensor monitors the progress of the application. Its convenient use of two 85L (80kg) hoppers allows for easy monitoring, and a fertilizer shortage sensor allows for monitoring the remaining hopper level. A carrying platform enhances the convenience of fertilizer replenishment.

CEO Park said, “We have accelerated the research and development of ‘seeding fertilizers’ for field crops through the MOU with a leading domestic fertilizer company that produces coated slow-release fertilizers,” and also suggested the possibility of joint marketing with fertilizer companies.
The herbicide sprayer features a double fan for 180-degree spray coverage. It can be set to spray from a distance of 4 to 14 meters, and its roll-type design ensures precise application even under strong tractor vibration. It features a large 25L (22kg) hopper and a low-level sensor for monitoring remaining herbicide levels.
The ‘Hosan 4-type compound fertilizer’ that was launched at this exhibition also attracted great attention from visitors. The 7 new products introduced this time, including ‘Hosan Bbangbang Root (Bulb Enlargement Agent)’, ‘Hosan Root Jalker (Rooting Agent)’, ‘Hosan Deosilicic Acid (Silicate Agent)’, ‘Hosan Booster (Growth Enlargement Agent)’, ‘Hosan Kala Cheonha (Color Enlargement Agent)’, ‘Hosan Ca It Euma (Calcium Agent)’, and ‘Hosan Amino Power (Amino Silicate Agent)’ can be used simultaneously with rice transplanting with the ‘Hosan Liquid Fertilizer’ and excellent results can be expected for field crops as well.
