Hosan Vision Donates Cultural Resources to Yeongdong Traditional Music Festival

  • “Share tradition, cultivate technology.”

Hosan Vision, a precision agricultural machinery company, has donated to the culturally underprivileged to support Yeongdong-gun’s bid to host the ‘World Traditional Music Expo’ and to promote local culture.

Hosan Vision recently announced that it donated 1 million won and tickets to a traditional Korean music exhibition through the Community Chest of Korea. This donation, made in collaboration with the Okcheon County Economic Department, aims to provide opportunities to experience traditional Korean arts to those with limited access to culture.

Hosan Vision, which has been unusually active in traditional culture marketing for an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has attracted attention from the agricultural community and farmers by introducing the concept of “agricultural machinery where tradition meets cutting edge” by incorporating Dancheong patterns into its fertilizer spreaders and herbicide sprayers in 2025.

Meanwhile, Yeongdong County promotes the value of traditional music through the annual Yeongdong Traditional Music Festival. Recently, the county has been strengthening its domestic and international promotional efforts, aiming to host the World Traditional Music Expo. Hosan Vision’s donation is significant as it represents a private company’s commitment to cultural support, empathizing with this trend.

A Hosan Vision official said, “We make machines, but we value the lives and cultures in which those machines operate even more,” and added, “We will continue to establish ourselves as a company that connects the daily lives of farmers and the values of tradition, and as an agricultural machinery company with both technological prowess and sensitivity.”
